John "Rusty" Bryant, age 61, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 in a local hospital. Rusty was born May 2, 1960 in Mt. Pleasant, TX. He worked for the Texarkana Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development for Texarkana, AR.

Survivors include his daughters, Lydia Bryant of Pueblo, CO and Alana Bryant of Texarkana, AR; son, Brad Bryant of Texarkana, AR; grandson, Kade Zangaris; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Theresa Bryant of Texarkana, AR, Donald and Jayne Bryant and Arnold and Lucretia Bryant all of Genoa, AR; sisters and brother-in-law, Penny and Kevin Smith and Brenda Sullivan all of Genoa, AR; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2pm Friday, September 17, 2021 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with Wayne Bryant officiating.

Family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the funeral home.
