John Patrick Maloney, 76, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025 at his home. He was born February 19, 1949 to his parents Tommy and Betty Maloney in Texarkana, Arkansas where he grew up. He graduated from Arkansas High School and from Stephen F. Austin University and worked for the Arkansas Department of Human Services until his retirement. John was a U.S. Army veteran and a Catholic.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Maloney, and two sisters, Bridget Robinson and Mary Starling.
He is survived by four sisters, Pauline LeGrand, Maggie Gold, Kathy Heflin and Dorothy Murray.
Graveside memorial service will be 11am Thursday, June 19, 2025 in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
