He is preceded in death by his step-father, Ray Hegler, brother, Terry Dickens and half brother, Tim Dickens and father, Hollis Dickens.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Dickens of Leary, TX; daughter, Stacey Reyenga of Benton, LA; son, Steven Rigsby of Shreveport, LA; Mother, Joyce Hegler of Leary, TX; three step-sons, Tommy Clements, Derrick Clements and Cory Clements all of Red Lick, TX; half-brother, Kevin Dickens of Arkansas; step-brother, Tim Hegler of Kansas; step-sister, Robin Erwin of New Boston, TX; uncle, James Gunter of Houston, TX; 10 grandchildren,1 great grandchild, and 2 nephews.

Graveside service will be 10 am Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Red Lick Cemetery, Red Lick, TX under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
