Kisma Lynn McQuinn, 36, of Texarkana, Ar passed away August 28, 2018 peacefully at her home after a long brave battle with Melanoma Cancer. Mrs. McQuinn was born July 15, 1982 in Orange County, Ca. She was a member of Corner Pointe Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Danny McQuinn, of Texarkana, Ar, Daughters, Ashley Ardwin and husband Cody and Megan McQuinn; Sons, Ryan McQuinn and wife Checlie, Jin McQuinn, Cliff McQuinn, Her five grandchildren, Brayden, Easton and Mason Ardwin, Landyn and Roman McQuinn. Father, William Martin, Mother, Kerri Jones and husband, Glenn, brother Danny Jones and wife, Alexis, Grandmother, Karen Stable. Sister-in-Law, Sharrell Smith, Brothers-in-Law and sisters-in-law, Scott Whatley and wife Trish, Steve Whatley and wife Donna, Dennis McQuinn and wife Dana, and Tonya Patterson. Along with many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nephews, Nieces, and so many cherished friends. She is also survived by her Church Family from Corner Pointe Assembly of God, for which she was a proud member and served God by assisting in the Children's Church Group. Kisma was formerly employed as a Funeral Care Giver for Restland Memorial Funeral Home in Dallas, Tx, a job that she was honored to have in taking care of families. At a young age Kisma's passion was learning Tae kwondo and achieved the level of Black Belt under the direction of Master Cliff Bird, of Song Choe College of Tae Kwon Do.
The Family would like to thank Dr. Sunil Patel, Dr. Omar Ishhaq, their staff, The Staffs at St. Michaels Hospital, Elite Home Health, and Dierksen Memorial Hospice, for their care and love shown to Kisma. Your hardworking care allowed for more time to build more memories to cherish.
Service will be 12 p.m., Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Corner Pointe Assembly of God Church with Pastor Sam Martinez officiating, under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2018 at the funeral home; and will also receive friends Saturday, from 11a.m. to 12 at the church, prior to the service.
