Leola C. Copeland

Leola C. Copeland, 99, of Texarkana, AR died Friday December 17,2010 in a local nursing home. She was born on August 25,1911 in Howard County, AR. Mrs. Copeland was a member of Spring Lake Baptist Church and was retired from Brown-Miller pickle plant.

She is preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Copeland, daughter Jeanette Copeland and a son Howard Copeland.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Helen and Chead Blue of Texarkana, AR and son and daughter-in-law Larry and Mary Copeland of Texarkana, TX; 7 grandchildren , a number of great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1pm Sunday, December 19, 2010 at County Line Cemetery in Nashville, AR with her grandson -in-law Rev. David Adams officiating. Burial will be under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
