Linda Mears Richnow

Linda Mears Richnow, 68, of Texarkana, Texas passed away August 18, 2012 from heart and lung complications. Ms Richnow was born July 4, 1944 in Texarkana, AR. She is a member of Red Lick First United Methodist Church. Life time member of Beta Sigma Phi, Laureate chapter. She completed her career as a nursing home administrator as well as a retired nursing home consultant.

She is preceded in death by her parents Chester Mears and Nell Moore. A step father Woody Elliott.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law Rande and Kaye Richnow of Texarkana, TX; foster son and daughter-in-law Bill and Colleen Dugger of Sheridan, TX; five brothers Wayne Mears of Houston, TX, Allan Mears of Sapulpa, OK., Ronnie Mears of Wake Village, TX, Joel Mears of Tulsa, OK, Ray Mears of Redding, CA; step brother Ricky Moore of Mobile, AL; step sister Mary Bean of Texarkana, Texas; step father James Moore China Grove, NC; six grandchildren Rebecca Richnow, Rachel Richnow, Sara Hale, Will Dugger, Josh York, Justin York; plus numerous nieces, nephews and other family.

Graveside will be 10 A.M. Monday in Red Lick Cemetery officiated by Rev. Del Covington. There will be no public visitation or viewing at the funeral home. Viewing will take place immediately following graveside service at cemetery.

Family will be at 8275 Buchanan Road, Texarkana, Texas.
