Lois Louise "Judy" Ferrell, 88, of Queen City, TX passed away October 4, 2015 in a local nursing home. Mrs. Ferrell was born April 19, 1927 in Delaware County, OK. She was a devout Christian her entire life. She was a member of Springdale Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Martin "Beau" Ferrell; and a daughter, Kathryn Kaye Ferrell.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Joe Dana of Desoto, TX; grandsons, Brandon Patterson of Garland, TX and Kayden DiGiovanni of Denver, CO; great grandson, Jaxx Vaughn of Desoto, TX; daughter-in-law, Dee Ferrell of Texarkana, AR; and step granddaughter and husband, Kathy Jo and Jerry Farrell of Cockrell Hill, TX.
Memorial service will be 3 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Springdale Baptist Church with Rev. James Wallace officiating. A light lunch will follow the service.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
