Lois Mae Pickard

Lois Mae Pickard, age 80, of Dallas, TX. passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Methodist Hospital in Richardson, TX. She was born December 22,1944 in Texarkana, AR. She worked for many years at the Baptist Book Store in Texarkana, TX. After retiring she moved to Dallas to be closer to her son. A long time member of Trinity Baptist Church and currently she was a member of Lift Community Church of Dallas, TX. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and collecting a purse for every occasion. She loved spending time with her family and friends as much as possible.

Preceded in death by her husband Henry Pickard; one brother Pete Green and a sister Carol Whitlow.

She is survived by one son Liam (Tony) Pickard of Dallas, TX; one sister Betty Williams of Bixby, OK. ; plus many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family.

Memorial service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, June 7, 2025 at East Funeral Home-downtown officiated by Rev. Wallace Edgar and Rev. Shante Buckley.
