I met Lori and Mr. and Mrs. Stevens while vacationing in Florida in the late 80s (we were teenagers).  I was amazed at how kind and loving they all were.  Lori was an amazing ray of sunshine.  We hung out during that vacation, and wrote letters for a few months after.  A memory from 35 years ago prompted me to see how she was doing.  I was shocked and deeply saddened to find that she had passed.  I am blessed and honored to have met Lori and her parents.  She is surely an angel in heaven.

I just found out about Lori.  She was my best friend in 6th grade. Thanks to Facebook we were able to reconnect.  I am so sorry she's gone.

Mr. and Mrs. Stevens - I am so sorry for your loss.  I spoke with a friend from Fairview yesterday and they shared the news with me...I was so saddened.  Lori and I worked together at the little gym in Camden during high school, and remained friends throughout high school and college.  She had such a sweet sprit - she will truly be missed.

My heart was truly broken when Kathy called to share the sad news your sweet angel Lori had passed away.  I wish I could be there with you to give you a hug & tell you in person how truly sorry I am.

Mr. and Mrs. Stevens, I am so sorry for your loss. You may not remember me.  I lived on Cherokee, almost right behind you.  Lori was one of the first people to greet me when we moved to Camden.  That kindness continued throughout high school.  I hardly ever remember her with out a smile on her face.  I also got to see her several years ago when she came to my school in Hooks to work with a student.  I am sorry I wasn't able to attend the visitation.  I would like to have expressed my condolences in person, but I am sick and did not want to share my germs with others.  I will continue to pray for you and Lori's children.

I had the privilege of going to PT school with Lori.  Always smiling and always bubbly!  So sorry this sweet angel has left her earthly family but I know she is no longer in pain and is looking down on us from Heaven with a smile on her face... as always!  My prayers are with her children and parents in this time of loss.  Rest in Peace my friend, you will be missed!
