

She was born April 24, 1937 to Harold Raymond Gill and Georgia Jeannette (Wright) Gill in Malone, TX.
Margaret moved to Texarkana, TX in 1942 when she was five years old. She attended Texas public schools and graduated Texas Senior High in 1955. She also graduated from Southwestern Institute Business College.
Mrs. Pecorella was preceded in death by her parents, and by her husband of 37 years, Frank Thomas (Beetsy) Pecorella.
Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law Harold Darwin and Nancy Kathleen (Kathy) Gill, Two nieces Nancy Elaine Gill and Doris May Gill, all of Redwater, Texas.
She was retired from Collom and Carney Clinic with more than forty years of service. She was in the bookkeeping department for 17 years before transferring to the insurance department.
She was a volunteer with Mission Texarkana, Formerly The Friendship Center, on Thursday each week, a tithe of her time for the Lord. Psalm 27 was chosen as her guide for help and comfort.
Mrs. Pecorella was a member of First Baptist Church Moores Lane, where she received blessings each Sunday from Pastor Jeff Schreve's preaching, then Associate Pastor larry Sim's Bible Study and Clarice Gary, a faithful and devoted Sunday School teacher of the Golden Circle class.
She was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi over fifty years. She was formerly in the Pi Master Chapter.
In her retirement she loved to travel with the Trinity Troopers to different parts of the United States - Alaska, Hawaii, Murry's Dinner Theater several times a year, and Branson, MO to view the Sight and Sound productions. She also loved her cats, playing games, on the computer, working in her yard, reading her Bible, and listening to gospel music. She enjoyed playing games of Bunco, 31, Farkle and Mexican Train with her friends each week.
Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
Funeral Services will be help at East Funeral Home-Downtown on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3:00 pm, with Rev. Bryan Bixler officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
