Marie Mistler

Marie Mistler, 89, of Hot Springs, AR, passed away August 14, 2016 in a Hot Springs nursing home. Mrs. Mistler was born March 11, 1927 in Mauldin, AR. She was a member of Red Lick United Methodist Church; she was an avid golfer; a member of Elks Club; and she loved to sew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Herman C. Mistler.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Roger and Ronda Seals of Hot Springs, AR and David Seals of California; stepson, J. Douglas Mistler of Williamsburg, VA; brothers, Frank Lundry of Escondido, CA and Joe Lundry of Jacksonville Beach, FL; grandchildren, Warren Seals of Alma, AR and Morgan Seals of Crossett, AR; step grandchildren, Bryan Mock of Hot Springs, AR and Megan Pinkston of Fitchburg WI, Stephen Mistler and Gregory Mistler; and 6 great grandchildren.

Service will be 2 p.m., Friday, August 19, 2016 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. Wayne Welborn officiating under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane. Family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Entombment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
