Mark Allen Hopkins, age 61, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was born in Texarkana, AR on August 5, 1961. He loved being outside and always working and helping others. Preceded in death by a brother Ricky Hopkins; sister Tina Hopkins; parents Wanda and Richard Hopkins. Survived by his wife Sandra Kay Hopkins; one son and daughter-n-law Brent and Rachel Hopkins; sister Wanda "Sissy" Ewing; one sister-in-law Carolyn Hopkins; plus his first grandchild to be born August of 2023. Plus numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
