Preceded in death by a brother Noel Lynn Harvin; parents, Luther Herman Harvin, Jr. and Leona Harvin.
Survived by fiance Devra Norvell; five brothers, Frank Harvin, Doel Harvin, Timmy Don Harvin, Dale Lee Harvin, Cliff Harvin and special brother Eudie Harvin. step-son, Alan Clements; four grandchildren, Abigail Norvell, Allie Clements, Adilynn Norvell and Koen Clements plus many nieces, nephews and other friends.
Celebration of Life service will be 2pm Saturday, July 11th, 2026 at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
