Wally, what a great time we had at the Village and running the Dallas streets as singles. More stories then two guys should have. You were so much fun. Take that giant personality of yours to Heaven. You'll have everyone in stitches. I will miss you. Rest in peace my friend.

Rosie, I am so sorry to learn of Mike's passing. He was such a great man.  He always had a smile, laughing, joking around.  I had not seen Mike in several years, but I do remember the love he had for all of his family.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Mike was a wonderful friend to know.  I've not known many who a zest for life like he did.  I was introduced to him by my college roommate Jerry Brewer and by that time those two were good friends.  RIP, Mike,  you never gave me any difficulty and you were always generous minded to me.  Your friend.....Wes

Mike was a inspiring person and a good friend and boss a hero to me we saved a young boy from drowning years ago he was the first one in he almost drown himself it didn't matter he would have gave his best either way ill never forget him , my deepest sympathy's go out to the family

I, too, attended St. Edward's for 12 years with Mike.  I remember him as charming, funny, handsome.  And, yes, as Betty put it so well, he did enjoy life.  I met him again some years ago at a reunion, and he was exactly the same.  I appreciate so much the great pictures of him and his lovely family.

I haven't seen Mike in about 30 years.  We had some great times together, he was a nice guy.   We are all better off by having had Mike    pass through our life.

I am very saddened to learn that Mike passed away.  I haven't seen him in several years, but was close to him during our time at St. Edward's.  Mike was a really good person.  Our prayers go out to the family.

My sincere condolences to the Mike Walraven family. I know Mike is now enjoying his new life.

I will always remember going to 12 years of school at St. Edward's with my
friend. Mike was always one of the in group and so funny! He did enjoy life.
