She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hopkins; and a son, Kevin Hopkins.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathrine and George Reyna of McKinney, TX and Kerry and Steve James of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Matt and Heather James, Mitch and Jordan James, Randy Beshara and Paul Hopkins; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held in Dallas at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
