Monty Ray Watson, age 68, of Ashdown, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. He was born on September 24, 1956 in San Angelo, TX. He was so well liked by everyone and would help anybody in need. He loved his wife, kids and grandkids. He especially had a huge heart for dogs. Shep, Rusty, Darla, Ellie Mae, Star and Charlie were his favorites. He was the most wonderful husband to Kathie.
He was preceded in death his father Warren Watson; brother Warren Roy Watson.
He is survived by his wife Kathie Watson of 30 years. One sister Maureen Greene; two sons Matthew Watson (Sara Watson) and Kristophor Walls (Nikki Walls); Step daughter Shannon Walls; four grandsons Baylor Ray Watson, Landon Anthony Watson, Jack Warren Watson and Blaze Wall. Three granddaughters Emma Seaton, Avenley Walls and Saylor Walls. Great-grandson Jasper Lee Watson.
