N. Gordon Huddleston

N.Gordon Huddleston, 83 of Texarkana, Texas passed away in a local retirement center. Gordon was born January 14, 1931 in Stephens, AR. He retired from Texarkana National Bank where he was Sr. Vice President and cashier. Member of First Baptist Church Texarkana, Masonic Lodge and co founder of the local THEOS group. He was also an Army veteran and past employee of East Funeral Home.

Preceded in death by his wife Lasca Medford Huddleston, two daughters Susan Jan Huddleston and Rebecca Doebler.

Surviving relatives are a daughter and son-in-law Cathy and John Tidwell of Texarkana; a grandson Jackson Tidwell and granddaughter Jordan Tidwell both of Texarkana; two sister-in-laws Jo Sue Meredith of Texarkana and Cynthia and Joe Silman of San Antonio, TX. plus numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loving care givers from Cornerstone Health Care, Bunch Woodview Center and Hospice of Texarkana.

Graveside funeral service will be 1 P.M. Tuesday at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. Larry Sims officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:30 PM Monday at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
