Norman C. Rochelle

Mr. Rochelle was born October 13, 1933 in Texarkana,Texas.

He was an Army Veteran, Former President of Texarkana National Bank; Retired as Executive Vice President of Bancorp South; Former President of Caddo Area Boy Scouts; Former President of Four States Fair; Former President of Texarkana, Texas Exes; Former board member of St Michaels Foundation; Former President of Northridge Country Club; Past member of Board of Directors of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and the United Way. Out of all his achievments, his most precious are his grandchildren, Graydon, Cara and Laura. He was the best grandad in the world to them.

Mr. Rochelle was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Rochelle.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Cary and Suzanne Rochelle of Texarkana, Three Grandchildren, Graydon Rochelle of Fayettville, Arkansas, Cara and Laura Rochelle both of Texarkana; He is also survived by a sister in law and brother in law, Marianne and Bill Norwood of Texarkana. Plus a very special friend and work associate, Aileen Dossey.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at East Funeral Home Moores Lane with Rev. Bruce Hargrave and Deacon David Fowler. The burial follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
