Survivors include his wife, Judy Fetner of Texarkana, AR; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Vera Fetner of Glen Heights, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Iris Fetner of Hot Springs, AR; one favorite nephew, Thomas Porier and his wife, Rachel of Texarkana, AR and several nieces and nephews.
No services are scheduled at this time. Mr. Fetner's body will be donated to science. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
