Patricia Ann "Patsy" McDowell, 81, of Texarkana, AR passed away July 12, 2020 in a local hospital. Mrs. McDowell was born January 12, 1939 in Texarkana, AR. She was a member of Arabella Heights Baptist Church and retired from Wadley Regional Medical Center as an RN after 21 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey "Butch" Kilburn.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond Parnell McDowell of Texarkana, AR; son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Kathy McDowell and, son, Keith McDowell all of Texarkana, AR and son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Ina McDowell of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Terry McDowell and his wife, Amanda, David McDowell and his wife, Kristi, Elizabeth McDowell, Nicholas McDowell and April McDowell; great grandchildren, Hunter McDowell, River McDowell and Creek McDowell; and stepsister, Pat Hufford of Bentonville, AR.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Old Rondo Cemetery with Rev. Gerald Wagstaff officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Those that wish to view Mrs. McDowell may do so from 9 a.m. until service time, Wednesday at the cemetery.

Mrs Pat was a wonderful lady loved her very much. Was always asking about Pete and how he was, then he passed away she was so very loving and would always give me that wonderful hug. I will miss Mrs Pat very much.
My prayers are with Bro Raymond and the family.
