Rebecca Blair Shores, 71, of Texarkana, AR passed away June 1, 2016 in a local nursing home. Mrs. Shores was born November 29, 1944 in Warren, AR. She was the daughter of W. O. and Agnes Loomis Blair. She was a member of Northern Hills Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Lawson of Sedona, AZ; sons, Jonathan Lawson of Boise, ID and David Lawson of Michigan; grandchildren, Sedona Lawson of Sedona, AZ and Jon Lawson of Michigan; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Elaine Blair of Columbus, MS; sisters and brother-in-law, Charlotte and Teddy Ayers of Ashdown, AR and Lacrecia Kirkpatrick of Taylor, AR; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
