Rebecca Rae West

Rebecca Rae West of Texarkana, AR passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Coffeyville, KS to William and Jo Ann Benefiel. Relocated to Texarkana where she graduated from Arkansas High School. She was a dedicated employee of Red River Army Depot.

She is preceded in death by her father, William O. Benefiel.

Survivors include her loving husband, James West of Texarkana, AR; her mother, Jo Ann Benefiel of Texarkana, AR; sons and daughter-in-law, Tom and Regina West of Texarkana, AR and Ben and Melanie West of Bryant, AR; daughters and son-in-law, Melissa West Klitz and John Klitz and Keri and David Wilder all of Texarkana, AR; brother and sister-in-law, William O. III and Lynn Benefiel; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many other close friends and family members.

Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at East Memorial Chapel – Downtown with Rev. Kenneth Treadway officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2012 at the funeral home.
