My father and I were close friends with Richard and I miss him so much. Charlie was my dad. I just found out about Richard and I'm so so sorry for his family. He was loving and caring and fun to be around. May God take him in his arms in heaven.

I can remember Mr. Richard delivering pizzas to Coleman cable when I worked there. He was always so nice and just a gentle soul. My prayers go out to his family and friends. You will be missed Mr. Richard but always remembered.

My condolences to the family. He was such a nice humble man! Did not know him other than visiting at the place I work but many people knew who he was a we all are very sad about his passing. He was always a very positive speaking person and will be dearly missed!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family as I ask our Lord and Savior to please deliver them peace. Mr. Richard was a good man, well known by the community for his great smile, kindness and speedy pizza delivery etc. Family, please know that this great man Mr. Richard Ochsenbein, Sr. has left an amazingly strong and memorable legacy behind which has touched all people in a very miraculous way; please remember that in the mist of your sorrows along with the precious memories that you all have shared together to get you through the tough days.

My 1st pizza job was with Richard.He was so kind and helpful to me at Domino's on MLK.He was very funny,too and always had a good attitude.He loved cars and had a different one often.He will be missed.Rest in peace,my old friend.I wonder how many lives he affected positively...

Oh father in heaven I pray for peace for his family. 
I can remember asking him one night how old he was.  Then he was 76 years old, I was so amazed because he always smiled when he delivered my order. I asked him what keeps him going he said being able to just go to work and seeing all the pretty women lol. He will truly be missed.

It makes me sad to hear of Richard's passing. What a beautiful human being and such a blessing to have known him. Richard delivered pizza to my house over the years and he was such a joy to be around. God Bless your family.

TIME has a way he had a long legacy .Our family knew him during the 50 an sixties. . we all lived on Summerhill Rd. rode a school bus to Spring Lake Park  School His MOther an Father owned a MOM An Pop  store Groceries  for the neighborhood. he was a hard worker his son worked at D&Z with my husband. He will be missed last saw him working at the Pizza Place

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Richard's passing. I worked with him years ago and have seen him often through the years, and he always gave me a big hug and chatted for awhile. My heart is with his family.
