Survivors include his wife, Jane Burnett of Texarkana, AR; sons, Michael Welch and Daniel Burnett both of Texarkana, AR; brother, John Burnett of Red Water, TX; and a grandson, Kyle Welch.
Memorial Service will be 2pm Monday, March 12, 2018 at Cross Way Church with Pastor Michael Mauldin officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
