Mrs. Spruell was preceded in death by her husband,Robert B. Spruell; and two sons, Wayne Spruell and Roger Spruell.
Survivors include her sons, Jim Spruell and Robert Spruell, both of Texarkana, AR; daughters, Edna Horton of Cody, WY and Kathie Elkins of Raytown, MO; sisters, Smithie Spruell of Bradley, AR and Frankie Moss of Sibley, LA; 11 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, March 12, 2010 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Cranford Graves officiating.
Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
