She was born on November 1, 1951 in San Antonio, TX.
Mrs Locke is survived by a daughter Cheryl Crow and daughter in law Heather Clifton; 3 grandchildren Timothy Yarnold, Lavona Cunningham, and Meagan Clifton; 1 great grandchild, Brayden Yarnold.
A memorial service will be at 2pm Saturday, February 8, 2014 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with Rev. Jim Rust officiating. Cremation arrangements will be under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
Family will be at the family home at 5079 Miller County Rd. 10 in Fouke, AR.
