Sharon Mercer Ainsworth, 79 of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at her home. She was born on April 29, 1945 to Fred and Alleene Mercer. Sharon Mercer married Eddie Ainsworth in 1964, and they had a wonderful marriage. They had one daughter, Shelly Ainsworth, who lives in Dallas, TX and one nephew Mickey Mercer. Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Mercer.
She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends and being in the outdoors with her husband and friends.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
