Mr. Collins was PC designer for Kaiser Electronics.
Survivors include two daughters, Marybeth Urkov Chapman and Bonnie Collins Rutledge; son Stuart Lee Collins, Jr. and 3 grandchildren.
No service are schedule, cremation is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
