Theresa Lester

Theresa Lester, 73, of Wake Village, TX passed away September 10, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Lester was born December 11, 1938 in South Johnsville, Newbrunswick Canada. She was a homemaker, member of St Edwards Catholic Church, Social Order of the Beauceant, and Border Chapter #211 Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Armon Lester, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Candice and Larry Helton of Texarkana, TX; son, Leonard Lester of Huntsville, Al; grandsons Jeremy Helton of Lewisville, TX, Joshua Helton of Alvin, TX, Jordan Helton of Lewisville, TX; granddaughters Stephanie and Jessie Lester of Huntsville, AL; three brothers Arnold, Ron and Norman McCready all of New Bruinswick Canada; three sisters Gearldine Abley, Marita Collins and Marlene Calahoon all of New Brunswick Canada and a number of nieces,nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Wednesday September 12 , 2012 at St. Edwards Catholic Church with Rev. Lawrence Chellaian and Deacon David Fowler officiating.

Rosary will be recited 7pm Tuesday September 11 , 2012 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
