Tina was born on September 16, 1955, in Texarkana, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Phillips in 1977 and her mother, Betty in 2009. She is survived by a number of cousins and her guardian, Dennis Young and his wife, Junie.
She was a graduate of Arkansas High School and a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Tina enjoyed traveling and playing games with her mother who provided great care and much love for Tina during her lifetime.
A graveside service will be help at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 23 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with the Reverend Jaimie Alexander officiating.
