I miss you so much, I miss you calling me. I enjoyed all of our time together and on the phone. I still can’t believe that you are gone. I know you love being in heaven with Jesus and with all the other family members that have passed. It just doesn’t seem real. I will always love you. ❤️

     I don't know why it has taken me so long to write this other than I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye. I have been thinking a lot lately about how much you have been there for me when I needed you and how much I love you.  It is my hope you knew the kind of love you gave.
     When Shelly and I were just kids, you and Johnny were always such a bright light for us. We were more like siblings than aunt/uncle and nieces.  Laying on your bed, talking and listening to music with you, and Johnny swinging me by my arms in the front yard, are two of the most precious memories I can recall, and I will forever cherish. 
       No one knows our hearts like God does. He knew your heart and knew how much you were suffering/grieving.  I know there is a reason He took you home so soon and I am sure you are filled with an overwhelming joy like you've never known. Although I am overcome with grief knowing you're gone, it gives me great comfort knowing you were greeted by, rejoicing with, and surrounded by loved ones who have gone before you. I'm certain Courtney RAN to meet you! That sweet girl loved her mama!
     I will miss you forever but will always carry you in my heart.  So, until we see each other again, I’ll just say I love you and thank you.

Tonya, it's hard to accept that you're no longer here. Your kindness and sincere care for your family and friends were evident throughout your life. You dedicated so many years to helping others, often prioritizing their needs over your own. You truly deserved so much more than what life offered you. I will miss our conversations about remembering our loved ones in the past. The last time we talked, you were so happy, planning to remarry Sam, and excited about your future. Even though you’re gone, your memory will always stay with us. We’ll never forget you!

Aunt Tonya you will be missed greatly. She was always there for me back in the day. Crazy younger days.  I will always love and miss you.

Tonya, I will truly miss our daily conversations. During the hour we spoke before your passing, you appeared very upbeat and focused. Neither one of us realized that it would be our final goodbye and the Lord would take you home. “ You will be greatly missed!” I will always love you and will cherish all the memories I have of you.
