She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Edwin Arnold; and her son, Michael Eugene Hooper and a grandson Matthew Scott McNatt.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Merri Lynn and Gary McNatt of Texarkana, AR, Ramona and Roy Stanley of Texarkana, AR and Loretta and Randy Thomas of Colorado Springs, CO; one son, Jack E. Foote of Doddridge, AR; brother, Patrick Black of Texarkana, AR; sister, Carolyn Black of Doddridge, AR; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Memorial Gardens with Jonathan Stanley officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the funeral home.
