Virginia Faye Glass

Mrs. Glass was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Dwain Glass and great granddaughter, Tinleigh Heflin.

Virginia was a loving mother whose kindness and support shaped those who knew her. She had a deep love for her family and cherished spending time with her kids and grandkids. One of her greatest joys was spending time in the garden where she found peace. She loved planting, caring for, and growing flowers and vegetables, finding happiness in sharing them with those around her. Her legacy of simple joys will live on in the hearts of those she has left behind.

She is survived by her three daughters, Phyllis Allison, Melody Dixon, Gwen Moore; and one son, Michael Glass; nine grandchildren, William Stephens, Sarah Porterfield, Jennifer Dixon, Wesley Dixon, Chastity Heflin, Steven Glass, Justin Glass, Braxton Glass, and Olivia Moore; seven great grandchildren, Madison Green, Hudson Green, Ayden Glass, Cayden McWilliams, Micah Porterfield, Aubrey Porterfield and Lillian Dixon.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 10am-11am at East Funeral Home Chapel, 602 Olive St, Texarkana, TX 75501.

Graveside services to follow at 1pm, Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Harmony Cemetery in Taylor, AR with Bro. Roger Copeland officiating.

Honoring Mrs. Glass as her pallbearers will be Wesley Dixon, Braxton Glass, Justin Glass, Michael Glass, Steven Glass, William Stephens. Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Dixon and Ed Allison.
