Andrea Dawn Bordelon Hooks

On November 12, 2016, God called home one of his Special Angels. Andrea Dawn Bordelon was born August 12, 1962, in Jennings, Louisiana, to Bobbie and John Bordelon, and passed away peacefully, yet unexpectedly, on Saturday November 12, 2016, in Spring, Texas.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her beloved son, Christopher Blake Hooks; her loving parents, John and Bobbie Bordelon of Jennings, Louisiana, previously of Beaumont, Texas, and Bunkie, Louisiana; sister, Deborah Tweedel; and two brothers, Jeff and Paul Bordelon.

Ann cherished raising and caring for her son. She always loved social gatherings where she could socialize with family and friends, and was full of laughter. She enjoyed interior design, helping others, decorating her home, and gardening. After a many years of pain, God found it was time to take this Angel home. He needed her in heaven and her earthly body could go on no longer. So while we will miss her here, she will do powerful things from heaven above.

A funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday December 10, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands Texas 77384, followed by A Rite of Committal at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery. There will be a reception following the committal.
