Barbara was the youngest of seven children. She enjoyed family, traveling, cooking, gambling, quilting, and volunteering at many organizations within The Woodlands. Barbara found much joy in working for the Montgomery County Elections office where she worked for 20 years.
Barbara is survived by her son Glenn (Louise) Beavis; daughters Karen (Todd) Brady and Lorri James; six grandchildren, Eric, Kate, Sean, Brittany, Casey, Holly and numerous nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives and close friends.
