She was born in Waco, Texas on April 7,1943. She was married to Andrew Parker on February 18, 1993.
She is survived by her husband Andrew Parker and her children; Dana Nickerson, Scott Milner, and step daughter Donna Parker. Her grandchildren; Rachel Nickerson, Erin Nickerson, Bryce Milner, and Kayla Milner.
A memorial service for Betty will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384 to be immediately followed by a catered reception until 12:30 PM.
