Billy worked in the Bean Bag business for American Bean Bag Company.
He is preceded in death by wife; Janet Turner, and daughter; Sheryl Turner Maniscalco.
Billy is survived by daughter; Terri Hudsonpillar, grandchildren; Jason Hudsonpillar, Leah Hudsonpillar, Brandi Maniscalco Stevens and Stephanie Maniscalco.
A funeral gathering will occur Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, with a committal service to follow.
