Brian Arnold Boone

Brian Boone, 66, of Montgomery, TX, passed away on June 21, 2026, surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and mother. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, friend and an amazing musician.

Brian was born in San Pedro, California on April 24, 1960. He graduated from Magnolia High School in 1978, and from there built a successful business and career in the Fire and Mold Restoration industry. He had completed Master Certifications in water damage, cleaning, and fire restoration through IICRC. The certifications he held were Master Textile Cleaner (MTC), Master Fire and Smoke Restorer (MSR), and Master Water Restorer (MWR). When he obtained these, he was one of only a few people in the country with all three certificates.

Brian adored his wife, Tammy Boone, with whom he was together since 2008, and married on July 7, 2017. They enjoyed spending time with friends, listening to live music, spending time with their children and grandchildren, singing and playing music together, and traveling to the Caribbean with friends.

He had a deep love for music and was adept at playing multiple instruments, including guitar, piano, violin, harmonica, and the banjo. He loved being around friends and family while singing and playing guitar. Some of his favorites to play include James Taylor, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billie Allen Boone.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Boone, his mother, Shirley Boone, his four children - Misty Hurt and husband Bradley, Nicholas Boone, Cassandra Boone, Lindsay Pratt and husband Andrew, his grandchildren, Alexis and Cullen Hurt, brother Michael Boone and wife Linda, sister Cindi Hannes and husband Matthew, nephew Philipp Hoffzimmer, and neices, Haley Knee and spouse Cooper, Annemarie Nicole Hoffzimmer and Kira Hoffzimmer.
