Christian W. Palazzo

Chris was a lifelong Houstonian. He graduated from St. Pius X High School and attended North Harris College & the University of Houston. He enjoyed an almost 30 year career in the IT industry. He was an avid Star Trek and sci-fi fan and had a deep interest in anything related to science and technology.

In 2004, Christian married Stephanie Sicola. He was a devoted husband and never hesitated to let her know how much he loved her and how blessed he was for the life they built together. They had two sons, Connor (17) and Blake (13), who he was immensely proud of. He enjoyed sharing his interests with them and his influence on the young men they are becoming is evident. He always made sure his family was taken care of and provided for, and was willing to help those who needed a hand no matter the situation. He was kind, witty and didn’t take life too seriously. He was a lifelong Catholic and attended Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church in The Woodlands, TX. He volunteered in a variety of roles in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts when his sons were younger.

Christian was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Palazzo & Dolores Corbitt Palazzo, brother Charles Palazzo II, Godparents Sam and Carol Palazzo and sisters in law Lisa Sicola & Evelina Palazzo.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years Stephanie Palazzo, sons Connor Palazzo & Blake Palazzo, niece Lucy Clawson, aunt Patricia Cathey, father & mother in law Oscar & Mary Sicola and sister in law Franchelle Sicola. He is also survived by a host of close friends, extended family and the family dogs Buddy, Betsy & Athena.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Scott MacTavish & his staff for the care provided during Christian’s health challenges the past year, along with the MICU doctors and nurses at HCA Houston Northwest Hospital for the compassion and special care during his final days.

A visitation for Christian will be Monday, June 9, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Grand Hall at Forest Park The Woodlands, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 6646 Addicks Satsuma Rd, Houston, TX 77084, Rev. Michael G. Earthman, STD, celebrant. A reception will follow the mass at the church. Christian will be interred Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 3:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Connor Palazzo, Blake Palazzo, Anthony Palazzo, Jacob Honey, Justin York, Michael York, Robert Clawson, & Mark Wilson. Honorary pallbearers are Jason York & Patrick Paonessa.
