Cindi was born on July 10, 1957, in Victoria, Texas, to Dennis and Hilda Barber. She grew up with a strong sense of family, kindness, and compassion that she carried throughout her life. Cindi was known for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She was beautiful inside and out, with a youthful spirit and radiant smile that made her seem much younger than her years. Her kindness, grace, and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Cindi always said she was put on this earth to be a mother, and she lived that purpose every day of her life. Her children will tell you she was strict but fair, always guiding them with love, strength, and wisdom. She devoted her life to her family and treasured every moment spent with those she loved. Whether through her laughter, caring nature, or unwavering support, Cindi touched countless lives and created memories that will live on forever.
Her faith was strong, and she deeply believed in God throughout her life. During this difficult time, her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with her Father in Heaven and those loved ones who went before her.
Cindi was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Hilda Barber; her brother, Lewis; her sisters, Cathy and Debbie; and her daughter, Andrea.

Cindi was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, family member, and friend whose presence brought comfort and joy to many. Her strength, grace, and enduring love will be deeply missed.
A memorial service celebrating Cindi’s life will be held at a later date. The family will share details once arrangements are finalized.
