Friends for 52 years and so many memories...we walked home together from junior high, we were always laughing ...we found ourselves quite hilarious...we used to lie on our backs on Dianne’s bed in Deer Park and play a game we made up-we would throw bobby pins into the light fixture and see who could get the most in...we made hats out of green throw pillows from Suzy’s couch and called ourselves the green raiders...we were able to train our moms to drive us around to look at boys , we called it looking for goods...I remember visiting Di in Conroe, sitting in the driveway, talking about how wonderful it would be when we were old enough to drive ourselves around. The next summer, I had my license, and Suzy let me drive us around in her Riviera...we thought we were so cool...seems like in the blink of an eye, we were in each other’s weddings, having kids, having life happen, growing old. Anytime we talked, it was sure to be a good time, and we always picked up where we left off, no matter how many years had passed by. Life is made so precious by friendships like ours. They never fade, and sweeten through the years until friends become family to each other, sisters in heart. Thank you for being my dear friend throughout my life. Love you. Cindy
