Erling “Earl” Roger Gundersen, 81, of The Woodlands, TX; longtime Park Ridge resident; passed away August 5, 2013; preceded in death by his beloved wife Joyce; dear father of Michael and Heather Gundersen, Deborah and Jay Nutt, Roger and Amy Gundersen; loving grandfather of Karen, Ryan, Gianna; Brian, Rebecca, and Stephen; Erik, Kara and Katie; great-grandfather of Colton. Visitation (1 p.m.) and Service (2 p.m.) on Friday, August 9th at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, Robb Chapel, The Woodlands, TX. Visitation (1 p.m.) and Service (2 p.m.) on Saturday, August 10th at Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge, IL. Interment – Town of Maine Cemetery.
