Fred “Nic” Nicolai, 84, passed away on September 13, 2011 in The Woodlands, TX.

Fred served in the Navy and graduated from Cal Tech. He worked for Texaco for over 30 years.

Fred is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anita. He is survived by his daughter, Caroline and her husband, Felipe. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Houston Chapter of the SPCA, 900 Portway Drive, Houston, TX 77024
