He was born in Akron, Ohio on December 11, 1947. Gale was a Vietnam Veteran that proudly served in the United States Army from 1966 - 1968.
Gale was married to Mary on August 16, 1969.
He had a career in the Airlines, and had a passion for hunting and firearms.
Gale is survived by his wife Mary; 3 children, Jeffrey, Jon, and Joy; grandchildren, Tyler, Melanie, Joshua, Jacob, Jessica, Alexis, Lena, Evan, and Justin; 4 sisters, Sharon, Joyce, Kathi, and Jan; and one brother, Patrick.
He is preceded in death by his brothers Daniel and Mark.
A visitation will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 12:00 pm at St Martha Catholic Church, 4301 Woodridge Parkway, Porter, Texas 77365. Afterwards, Gale will be laid to rest at Houston National Cemetery. Gate time is 2:15 pm in Lane 2.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Gale's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
