George William Burtch passed away peacefully Friday night surrounded by loved ones. He was the founder of twice recognized “Houston 100” company Irrigation Station, a leading irrigation distribution company based in Houston, Texas. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, and loved to “boogie” with his “bride.”
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Paula; sons Steve, Sam and wife Laurie; granddaughter Michelle Lafferty and husband Dan; grandson Sam; brother Ken and wife Barbara; sister Shirley Buck; sister-in-law Susan Luft; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation Tuesday, March 22 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM. Wednesday, March 23 at the funeral home.
