He was born in Eunice, Louisiana on September 4, 1954. He was married to Diane Thibodeaux.
He had a passion for spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, being a LSU football fan, and playing golf.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carey Thibodeaux and his mother, Rynella Bellard.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Thibodeaux; step-mother, Wanda Thibodeaux; his sons, Lance Thibodeaux, Mitch Thibodeaux; his daughter, Brooke Thibodeaux Poirier; his grandchildren, Sebastian Poirier, Aiden Poirier, Jace Thibodeaux, Peyton Poirier, Isaiah Thibodeaux, Macee Thibodeaux, Bryson Thibodeaux and Elijah Thibodeaux; and his sisters, Debbie Simon and Donna Lee.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home followed by an interment at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
