Jackie Lynn Baldwin

Jackie was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 10, 1945 to James Edmond and Jessie Lee Hartt Baldwin. You might remember him as #34 of the Tenaha Tigers, Class of 1964. He worked for Houston Lighting & Power for 30 years. He volunteered for Kids Unlimited for 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edmond and Jessie Lee Hartt Baldwin; brother, James “Jimmy” Edmond Baldwin; nephew, Joseph Baldwin and niece, Pam Baldwin.

He is survived by his wife, Jana Farley Baldwin; daughter, Kim Baldwin Martinez (Richard); son, Scott Howse; brothers, Mike Baldwin (Joan), Sam Baldwin (Shree); sisters, Patricia Baldwin Edmundson (Bill), Sandra Baldwin Barclay (Tony); sister-in-law, Helen Baldwin Pleasant (Otis); granddaughters, Kaitlynn Martinez and Abigail Howse; step-son, Cory Farley (Nicole); step-daughter, Kassie Farley; step-grandchildren, Alyssa Farley and Caleb Farley and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

The Baldwin family will receive friends on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. A gathering will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Woods New Hope Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 158 County Road 433, Tenaha, Texas 75974. An interment will follow at 3:00 pm at the Woods Cemetery, 383 County Road 425, Tenaha, Texas 75974.
