Jacob Bradly Cordray, 13 days old, became one of God’s littlest angels on May 4, 2011. He was born April 21, 2011 to John Cordray II and Tara (Withrow) Cordray. Jacob is also survived by his Grandparents John and Beverly Cordray, David and Angie Withrow; Great Grandparents Billy and Lena Truster and Pauline Cordray; and numerous extended family and friends that will miss him deeply. Jacob will always be in our hearts.
We extend a special thank you to all our family, friends, and all the doctors and nurses of the NICU at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands and Children’s Memorial Hermann Houston, for all their care, love, and support throughout this difficult time.
A celebration of Jacob’s life is set for May 21, 2011.
