What a sad day when JoAnn called me with the news of Jim's passing. Marilyn, I will always remember the kindness you and Jim showed Bailey each summer when she came to visit us here in GA.  She loved both of you very much. When Jim and I were on the Council at CUMC,I always looked forward to the notes he would pass to me when we were discussing the new Building Project. Priceless!! Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest sympathy and condolences. He will be missed.

Jim was a wonderful man and we will miss him. We had many interesting discussions over the years.  We learned a lot from him. When he spoke, people listened.

Marilyn and Family, Sara and I are heartbroken for your loss. Jim was a wonderful neighbor to us when we moved to Warner Robins. We will never forget him and we pray for you and yours during your time of bereavement.

JIm was an outstanding neighbor and member of the community.  His quiet insights to our Tuesday Bible studies were from thoughtful wisdom.  He will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know him.

Jim was a true friend.  He enjoyed a close walk with Jesus.  He was always loyal to his alma mater, Kansas State University.  He will be sorely missed by family and friends.

I had the good fortune of meeting and spending time with Jim and Marilyn during a few holidays with extended family. Both are classy and delightful people with great senses of humor. I will remember those times with a smile. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as you endure the loss of a good man.

Kim and I were so saddened to hear of Jim passing. We enjoyed or time with Jim and Marilyn so much. Jim will be dearly miss by both of us. We also send our condolences to Marilyn and the entire Stinson family.

What a delight it was to know Jim!  We were lucky enough to met him, through his daughter Stacy, in 2003.  He loved his family and enjoyed doing many diverse things which included spending time with his Grandson Alex.
We were able to spend some time with he and Marilyn just before Christmas this year and treasure those moments.  He will live on in many ways and in many hearts.

We are saddened by the loss of such a great man.  Jim would always stand up to greet Leslie and I as we made our way to our seats in Sunday morning worship, with that quick smile and handshake.  His smile and joyful spirit was catching. What an awesome example of a Godly man.  

As you know, Jim was a long time member of our small group men's bible study. As we have shared the news with each other, it was so obvious Jim was loved and respected by each of us. 
His comments during our discussions were insightful and forever gracious to all. He was a great listener as well. During our prayer time on Tuesday's he always remembered to include a prayer for our nation's leaders and military. He was a patriot to be admired. Tuesday mornings just won't be the same.  

Looking forward to Jim greeting us again one day.

Jackie and I are saddened to hear of Jim's passing. He was a lunch buddy in WR and an email buddy since moving to Houston. I will miss him.
