Jerry passed away September 10, 2015. She was born on September 1, 1923 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Issac and Zoia Carter.
Jerry is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Robert W. Nance. She leaves behind her Daughter Shirley Ann Cunningham, granddaughter Geri Garland, two wonderful step-daughters Wanda (Jimmie) Boyett and their daughter Nina Rene’, Betty Esses and her two sons Greg and Eric. Jerry also leaves behind her brother Jesse Carter, sisters Florene Andrews, Lena Farris and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held September 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Forest Park The Woodlands with visitation starting at 9:00 am.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Colonial Oaks Memory Care of Pasadena and Hallmark Hospice of Houston, Texas for their loving care of Jerry Nance in her time of need.
